About the Role
We are a growing cleaning business seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team in North Brisbane. This role involves delivering high-quality cleaning services for our residential clients.
The position is currently suited to a full-time cleaner, with opportunities for the right candidate to grow into a team leadership and area management role as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general cleaning duties to a high standard
Oversee and lead a small cleaning team as the business grows
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards
Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of cleaning experience (healthcare experience preferred)
Reliable, motivated, and demonstrates leadership potential
Full driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Has, or can obtain, a National Police Check
Australian work rights
